Blocks of Time

After being interviewed by Bloomberg Radio on my 9/11 experience for the twentieth anniversary, I knew that I had to paint a piece of those who parished that morning.

In creating this art, I asked the spirits of 9/11 to show us any messages they have for us.

This is what emerged. There are 4 paintings within this piece. Turn the piece and many voices will be seen.

Blue represents communication. Always. Naples Yellow Hue is a dawning of life. Iridescent Pearl is wisdom. Gold is our protective energy sourced from our Supreme Being. White is our Supreme Being, whatever you may call it. Bits of green show up on the canvas which represents healing. The India ink represents the Towers.
